A quick fix to Facebook app that doesn't load on your iPhone X

Facebook is irrefutably a widely used app among social media active people worldwide. In fact, most smartphone users have the Facebook app installed on their smartphones, be it on Android or iOS platform. But like other popular apps, Facebook app is also not free from flaws.



If you've got an iPhone X and you're having trouble with Facebook that is not loading for some reasons, then the problem can easily be resolved by deleting the Facebook app from your iPhone X and then reinstall it.


To delete Facebook app on the iPhone X, simply follow these steps:


  • Tap and hold on any app icon from the Home screen.
  • When you see the icons start to jiggle, tap the X in the corner of the Facebook app icon. Doing so will uninstall the application.
  • To confirm app deletion, tap Delete on the pop-up warning. 

When the app is completely deleted, turn your iPhone X off and then back on shortly. Then reinstall the latest version of Facebook app from the App Store.


To install Facebook app on the iPhone X, simply follow these steps:


  • Tap the App Store icon from the Home screen.
  • While on the App Store main screen, tap the Search icon (magnifying glass).
  • Navigate to the Search tab and then type Facebook in the search bar.
  • Find and select the Facebook app from the search results.
  • To download the app, tap Get and Install
  • If prompted, enter your Apple ID password to authorize and confirm app download and installation.
  • Wait until the app is finished installing then restart your iPhone X. 

After your iPhone reboots, try to launch the recently installed Facebook app and it should be working fine by now.
